2026-2027 Orientation 

Fee Information for all Schools: The Iberia Parish School District is now accepting online

payments (service charges apply) for registration fees for the 2026 – 2027 school year. Cash

and Money Orders are still acceptable forms of payment. More information for online

payments will be provided closer to orientation dates.

Please be advised that weapons detectors will be used and the district’s clear bag policy will be

enforced for orientations.

Students attending orientation must be in complete school uniform. Please see the summary

of the updated Student Dress Code Policy on the last page.

CENTER STREET ELEMENTARY

August 5, 2026

Pre-K and Kindergarten 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

1st, 2nd, 3rd 10:30 a.m.-1:30 a.m.

4th, 5th, 6th 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

All orientation sessions will begin in the cafeteria with a brief welcome and overview of school

procedures and handbook policies. Following the presentation, families will be dismissed to

visit classrooms. Class rosters will be posted outside each classroom, where families can meet

teachers and complete student information forms. Student attendance at orientation is

optional. School fee is $10.00 (cash or money order payments should be submitted to the

homeroom teacher). Families are also encouraged to bring labeled school supplies to drop off

during orientation.
